Defining Rut:  “…a fixed or established mode of procedure or course of life, usually dull or unpromising: to fall into a rut.”  Dictionary.com

There are times when many job seekers feel stuck in their job search.  After weeks of sending out resumes, networking, and interviewing with no discernable results, they wonder, “where do I go from here?” Unfortunately, some job seekers seem to give up completely.
