consider before accepting the offer include:
• Knowing your market worth. This can be accomplished by doing
research on the Internet, talking to others in that field, and reading
market surveys.
• Knowing how to negotiate, because it is hard to do after the job is
accepted.
• Understanding the offer that is being made
• Deciding if the job is right for you and fits into your plans for
the future.
