Nancy Eisenbrandt
Chairperson
Nancy Eisenbrandt has been an active member of the Middle Tennessee Workforce Investment Board since January 2001. She has served on the Executive Committee for 2 years and was a member of the Youth Council.  Effective September 1, 2006, she will lead the Workforce Investment Board as Chairperson for the next two consecutive years.

Nancy joined the staff of the Nashville Area Chamber in 1980 as Research Assistant for Economic Development.  Now as Senior Vice President for Workforce Development for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, she is responsible for the development and management of initiatives that work to help employers attract, develop, utilize and retain a productive and diverse workforce in the region. 

Bob Grimes
1st Vice Chair
As a private industry representative, Bob Grimes, Manager of Marketing for Turner Construction, previously served as the Chair of the Operations Committee.

G.C. Hixson
2nd Vice Chair
Prior to joining the Joint Economic & Community Development Board of Wilson County, Tennessee in 2005, G. C. Hixson was Director of Business Development for the State Department of Economic and Community Development.  As Director he was responsible for the department's domestic marketing staff and programs. 

Jack Irby
Secretary
In February of 2003 Jack became the full time Labor Coordinator for the Technical Assistance Program serving dislocated workers in 49 Middle Tennessee counties.

Bruce Duncan
Chair of Operations Committee
Bruce Duncan called Tennessee his home in 1987 and for the past nine years, Duncan has held his current position as Assistant Vice President/Director of Health Planning & Licensure at National HealthCare Corporation in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Diane Huggins
Chair of Youth Council
Diane Huggins is vice president of corporate communications for LifePoint Hospital, Inc. This will be Diane’s second term as Chair for the Youth Council.
