personality (Myers Briggs) and interest (Strong Interest
Inventory).
Workshops
NCAC helps Job Seekers develop a plan of action.
Workshop information may vary for each location from
resume writing and interviewing to salary negotiation
and networking .
Networking Meetings
Career Connections provides insight and knowledge about
the world of work from career and job search experts in
the community.
Career Coaching
Feedback from our Coaches on resumes and mock interviews
provide the necessary guidance to help each customer
improve his or her marketing plan.
Skills Upgrade
Talent Development helps a person changing careers to
increase his or her skills through the Workforce

who lack the necessary skills to achieve self-sufficient
employment or to customers who are looking to get one
