Three main players make up the Tennessee Career Center team that supports workforce and economic development in the local area; Nashville Career Advancement Center, its workforce board and the Tennessee Department of Labor & Workforce Development. The Middle Tennessee Workforce Investment Board (MTWIB) oversees the Career Center system as part of its strategic plan.
